Your first visit
Here is how a first visit goes, from the booking to the next one.

Step 1: Book your visit
Pick a service and a stylist on the booking page, or call or message us. For a first color, book the consultation; for a haircut, book the cut.

Step 2: What to bring
A photo of the cut or color you like, and one you don't. For color, whatever you remember of your color history. For a child, a snack.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come about five minutes early. Parking is behind the building, and the red sofa by the mirror is for waiting families.

Step 4: What to expect
A shampoo, a talk about what you want, the service itself and a blow-dry. We tell you how long it will take and what it will cost before we start, and we can book your next visit before you leave.
Coming with family
Bring whoever comes with you
Parents, children and grandparents are welcome in the same visit. Tell us who is coming and what each of you needs, and we will line up the chairs.
A child can sit on a booster seat, and a parent or grandparent can wait on the sofa by the mirror. If you need a Spanish-speaking stylist, tell us when you book.
