How pricing works
We don't print prices on the menu, because the price depends on who is in the chair and what your hair needs. Here is what sets it.
What decides the price
A handful of things move a price from one visit to the next. Color adds how much color goes on and how many steps it takes.
The stylist
The length and thickness of your hair
How long the service takes
Add-ons and finishes
What the consultation covers
A consultation is a short talk and a look at your hair, your color history and any photos you bring. It is the first step for a new color. Ask when you book whether it is credited toward your service.
Each stylist sets a price by experience, so the same service can differ from one chair to another. Pick a stylist by name, and the price shows when you book.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A conditioning step or a scalp massage can be added to a wash. If you want to change a service on the day, we tell you how it changes the time and the price before we start.
Deposits
Highlights and permanent waves take a deposit to hold the time, and it goes toward your service. Other services take none.
Canceling or running late
Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead, so another family can take the chair. If you are running late, call us, and we will do what the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one at the desk, in cash or on a card.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for any service. Buy one online or at the desk, and the person you give it to redeems it when they book.
A price shows when you book, and your stylist confirms it before we begin.
Want to hear a price?
Ask at the desk or when you call, and we will tell you before we begin. Se habla español.
